The islands that comprise the Caribbean are in several different time zones, and making the most of your vacation means keeping track of time.

Most islands in the Caribbean lie in the Atlantic Standard Time but a few are in the Eastern Standard Time zone. Many islands do not observe daylight savings time. Major cities correspond to Caribbean time as follows:
